Be advised that we operate a no return policy due to the nature of our business. If you received a damaged or incorrect product then we will immediately replace it fast as possible

Cancellation

We don’t take order cancellation 24 hours later after the product order as the delivery has already been started. So we can’t cancel the order as the product delivery already has begun

Refund

As we have noted earlier we don’t offer cancellation and also any refunds. But if you cancel the order after ordering you will get the money after taking cut of bkash payment charge

Replacement

If you receive a defective or incorrect product we promise to replace it as fast as possible. Please report the issue to us via email or phone and provide photo evidence. We 100% guarantee a replacement to any customer who receives an incorrect or defective/damaged product.
